Individual colour masterbatches according to your specifications
Colour determines our daily lives and is an important factor for innovative product design. Both colour and technical requirements play a major role here. A colour masterbatch is a solid, powder or liquid additive for colouring plastics and enables manufacturers to colour polymers in a wide range of plastics processing methods.
We offer our masterbatches in all common carrier materials as well as technical thermoplastics. There are no limits to the colouring, taking into account the technical and chemical properties of the carrier material! Whether according to colour specifications such as RAL, Pantone or your own colour template, our experienced team of colourists will implement your desired specification with an individual masterbatch formulation.

Masterbatches for e-mobility according to RAL 2003 Orange colour specification
Permanently colour-stable for the E&E industry
The orange colour RAL 2003 has established itself as a signal colour for components in electromobility. The decisive factor here is the durability of the colour, while at the same time maintaining the technical properties of the polymer used.
Colouring with our masterbatch results in a bright and brilliant orange colour and thus ensures durable and clearly recognisable marking, especially for components that are under voltage.

Polyketone-based masterbatches
Processing together what belongs together
Due to the outstanding characteristic properties of polyketone (PK), such as high load-bearing capacity, reduced moisture absorption, good tribological properties, shorter cycle times and, finally, higher environmental compatibility compared to polymer types such as polyamide (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) or polyoxymethylene (POM), polyketone has been experiencing a renaissance for some time now.
In order not to influence these properties by adding a different type of polymer. We have taken this as an opportunity to develop a masterbatch series for polyketone based on polyketone.
You can find a selection of our already developed "ready to use" colours in the table below.
